01 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 736pub website, mobile site, and all related services accessible at 736pub.net and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the 736pub service.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds deposited by the Player and held within their Account, net of wagers placed and winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose licence 736pub operates.
• "PHP" / "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 736pub Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules that may govern individual products offered on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

736pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 736pub, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be physically located within a jurisdiction where access to online gaming is lawful;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 736pub or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from any gambling platform, including under a PAGCOR-administered exclusion scheme;
• Not be accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

736pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction, access to the Account may be suspended pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 736pub Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing the Platform. If 736pub determines that a registered account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the depositor's verified payment method where practicable, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

736pub is required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before a Player may access the full range of Platform features.

KYC verification may require you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet showing registered name and mobile number);
• Source of funds declaration where required by applicable regulations.

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. 736pub reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where it deems such verification necessary. Processing of KYC documents is typically completed within two (2) to five (5) business days of submission of complete documentation.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 736pub accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from a Player's failure to provide timely and adequate verification documentation.

06 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your account.

All transactions and activities carried out through your account using your credentials are deemed to be authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 736pub of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure below. 736pub accepts no liability for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 736pub support immediately at [email protected]. 736pub will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

You must not access or attempt to access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorised third-party software. 736pub employs security monitoring systems and reserves the right to close accounts where automated or suspicious access is detected.

07 Deposits

736pub accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change.

Deposits are for the exclusive purpose of funding gaming activity on the 736pub Platform. The Platform must not be used as a payment processing or money transfer facility. Deposits made without genuine gaming intent may be subject to review, and refunds in such cases will be subject to applicable processing fees and regulatory obligations.

736pub does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified KYC identity. Third-party deposits will be returned to source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

736pub does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction charges, for which 736pub accepts no responsibility.

08 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players at any time through the Account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever practicable, in accordance with 736pub's anti-money laundering obligations.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

1. KYC verification must be fully completed and approved;
2. Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met;
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance;
4. The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method must be met;
5. No ongoing fraud investigation or account review is pending.

Indicative processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — within a few hours of approval; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — one (1) to three (3) business days; Visa/Mastercard — three (3) to five (5) business days; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. 736pub aims to approve withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of a complete request, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays.

736pub reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence prior to processing withdrawals of unusually large amounts. This may include requesting additional source-of-funds documentation. Such reviews will be conducted as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

736pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time each promotion is communicated. The general provisions in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Unless specifically stated as "wagering-free", all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window, and bonus balances not wagered through within the specified play-through period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

Bonus Abuse: 736pub employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting game weightings to minimise risk, using multiple accounts to claim a single offer, or using automated strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is established, 736pub reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

Players may participate in one welcome bonus offer only. Employees and immediate family members of 736pub are not eligible for any promotional offers.

10 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 736pub Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game, 736pub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance.

Game outcomes on 736pub are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by observable physical processes (cards, wheels, dice) for live dealer games. 736pub warrants that all games offered on the Platform are sourced from providers whose RNG certifications are maintained in good standing.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session. Gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. Play responsibly.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on 736pub's servers, the server-side record shall prevail as the authoritative game result.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 736pub Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with dealer staff in live casino games;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting programs to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 736pub staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

12 Responsible Gaming

736pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can lead to harmful outcomes, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may set reminders that trigger at specified session durations.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or indefinitely self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during sessions display cumulative session time and net gaming activity.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 736pub Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 736pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 736pub.

The 736pub name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 736pub and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

736pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party service provider failures may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

In all cases, 736pub's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

736pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during KYC verification and during the normal course of account operation is used solely for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming measures, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 736pub does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

16 Amendments to These Terms

736pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 736pub, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, it may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel in accordance with our licensing obligations.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
